3. Domain Ownership

If you choose to purchase a custom domain through MysticSites, please note:

• The domain is purchased and legally owned by MysticSites.
• We manage the DNS and SSL configurations on your behalf.
• You may request to transfer ownership of the domain to your account, but we reserve the right to charge a transfer fee and/or refuse the transfer if any dispute arises.
• Domains are purchased automatically through third-party APIs (e.g., GoDaddy) . We make no guarantees regarding domain availability or renewal pricing.

• Domain registration and custom hosting may incur charges, shown clearly before payment.
